Application to Reproduce Images

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Publisher may use the image for one-time use only in connection with the agreed-upon publication. Any subsequent use of photographic materials must be requested in writing to the Registration Office.

Each artwork must be reproduced in its entirety with no text overlay and may not be reprinted on colored stock.

Any request to reproduce the image under special circumstances must be received in writing, along with a proposed layout, and approved by the Collections Management department prior to publication.

Reynolda House Museum of American Art will make every effort to inform applicants of copyright and other restrictions that may apply to the works of art being requested. However, it is the responsibility of the requestor to procure the necessary permission from the appropriate parties.

Digital images will not be sent until an application form has been filed, an agreement signed by both parties, and payment received (if applicable).
