Adult Group Tours & Experiences

We love to share Reynolda’s beauty, collections, and history with groups. Leaders from the tourism industry, churches, family reunions, college faculty, and more can book a guided thematic tour of the Museum, Gardens, and Grounds. Reynolda tours are led by a trained volunteer or Reynolda staff member, who will use an inquiry-based approach.

Reynolda Historic House Temporarily Closed
January 5–August 4, 2026

Reynolda’s historic house will be closed while we install a new, state-of-the-art HVAC system to support long-term preservation of the historic interiors and art collection.

During this time, we invite you to explore Layered Looking: Making Sense of Art (March 10–July 19) in the Babcock Wing and enjoy outdoor tours of Reynolda Gardens and Reynolda Village.

We’d love to help you plan a visit during the closure—or book a house tour once we reopen in August. Thank you for your understanding as we invest in Reynolda’s future!

Requesting & Confirming Adult Group Visits

  • Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation. Our calendar fills quickly, so for the best chance of securing your preferred date, we recommend making your request at least 60 days in advance.
  • The full payment for your group is due no later than 30 days before your scheduled tour date. If payment is not received by then, the reservation will be canceled.
  • The group tour fee includes admission to the museum. No additional tickets are required. We encourage you to stay after your tour and continue to explore!
  • For Museum tours, please divide your group into subgroups of 8 or fewer to ensure the best experience for everyone.
  • Virtual tours are available for those who are unable to visit in person.
  • As a thank you, we provide complimentary admission for the tour organizer and the bus driver for groups of 8 or more.
